Forensic Psychology provides evaluations and testimony for the courts in the areas of criminal law, family court, and civil litigation.

Evaluations and examinations are evidence-based and designed to pass pre-trial Daubert/Frye challenges by the use of scholarly evidence of general acceptance in the scientific community, scientific testing in published research, and evidence of low error rates.

Assisting your legal client involves a review of prior psych/legal research, testing and interview of your client, interview of people who know your client well, and a jargon-free report that details the methods of examination and examination findings. Consultation with attorneys emphasizes legally useful approaches to these findings.
