Trial consultation by the forensic psychologist avoids the use of the expert as a witness giving testimony. The trial consultant is an advocate, the expert witness is objective and does not take sides.

Trial consultancy:
    - recommends trial strategies and procedures based upon literature review, research and prior experience;
     - recommends jury selection / voir dire using measures of general bias;
    - recommends jury selection with case specific approaches;
    - conducts small-group research; and
    - evaluates change of venue through locally relevant research and justification for your motion for a change of venue.

Jury selection is based upon jury questionnaire, focus groups and the use of standardized bias measurement tests.

Trial strategy, and change of venue is based upon a literature review and small group / focus group research matching your potential jury pool.
